At just 19 years old, Alex Sky is a budding pianist making a significant mark in Sydney’s dynamic jazz scene. Following a tremendously successful performance in June, he returns this time in the company of close friends and some of Sydney’s most accomplished young musicians, including Damon Poppleton on the saxophone, Elliot Carter on the drums, and Matthew Ling on the bass.
Performing a mix of Alex’s original compositions and their distinctive takes on jazz classics, this vibrant ensemble of young musicians is generating excitement with widespread rumors of exceptional music and an overall enjoyable experience. It’s an event you won’t want to miss!
