Emerging from the greater Leichhardt/Sydney area, the members of Wheels came together early on in 2022 to take advantage of their collective will to power.
Developing and growing a repertoire of each other’s compositions as well as selected favourites, Wheels draw from surf rock, 80s fusion, and avant-garde jazz amongst much else, always with an eye toward generating as much energy as possible.
Expect sense, nonsense, much that is technically (but not self-evidently) excellent, and flashes of insight coming with the force of a revelation.
