Julia Shved – CONCERT FOR UKRAINE – Saturday, 11th of June 2022:
You will hear Ukrainian folk-jazz music composed by prominent modern Ukrainian artists, and played by renowned Australian and Ukrainian musicians.
All money raised for this event will go to the Art Front of Ukraine: a humanitarian charity organization based in two Ukrainian cities: Kyiv and Lviv, effectively providing humanitarian aid where it is most needed today.
Julia Shved, the lead singer / co-creator of this concert, is a well-skilled graduated jazz vocalist and performer, who recently moved to Sydney from Lviv, Ukraine.
With this Concert, Julia restarts her music career of over her 14 years disrupted by the war.
Together with wonderful/well-known pianist Rodric White and his quartet, we want to show how much good all people have in common, regardless of the continent and culture from where they come. Thank you for your interest in and support of our Concert. We look forward to seeing you soon.
