For one night only, Tessie Overmyer and Will Vinson will meet in the Foundry616 ring for the ultimate fight to the death.
Heavyweight champ, Will ‘or Will Not’ Vinson has won 3 championship belts, released 6 albums as a bandleader, and has appeared alongside Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Kurt Rosenwinkel, and Ari Hoenig, but will that be enough to win?
Underdog Tessie ‘T-Dog’ Overmyer is a young up-and-coming force to be reckoned with, who has been training for years in the underground scene at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
Melbourne-based saxophone enthusiast Julien Wilson says of T-Dog, “Overmyer is in extraordinary form. Wincin Vinson may have to hang up his gloves after this one”.
This fight will be refereed by Wilbur Whitta on the piano, Jonathan Zwartz on the double bass, and George Greenhill on the drums.
