Tadd Dameron was one of the great, original composers of Modern Jazz. Over the years his music has been sadly neglected.
Andrew Dickeson has put considerable time into curating this ensemble which celebrates the music of one of Jazz’s great composers – known as the “Romanticist of Bebop”.
Drummer/bandleader Andrew Dickeson’s 7-piece band, comprising some of Sydney’s finest Jazz musicians, presents the best of Dameron’s music.
