Jackson’s trio returns to Foundry616 featuring his longstanding lineup of Ben Waples (bass) and James Waples (drums) with whom he has played and recorded for many years. Since winning the National Jazz Award in 2006, Jackson has toured with his trio in China and in Europe and has released two trio albums on the prestigious Swiss record label Hat Hut Records.
Jackson’s most recent trio album Sintering was recorded in Sydney with Ben Waples and James Waples. His debut trio album Land Tides was recorded in New York with Thomas Morgan and Dan Weiss.
