Since the release of her debut album La Musique on ABC Jazz/Universal (“a total triumph on so many levels” – Van Dyke Parks), French-Australian singer Emma Hamilton has toured the world, not only opening for guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel, but captivating audiences with her unique blend of French and jazz-inspired music.
Emma’s raspy, enveloping voice transports listeners to another era as she moves effortlessly from hook-filled original songs to French classic chansons, which she performs with luscious authenticity (she is half French!) and passion.
In 2015, Emma relocated to London where she held a coveted residency at Brasserie Zédel in Piccadilly Circus, leading a 5-piece band of the city’s top musicians. During this time, she became a regular session singer for producer Guy Chambers and toured the UK, opening for The X Factor UK winner Matt Cardle.
She has performed at landmark jazz venues across London, selling out shows at Pizza Express, Crazy Coqs, the London Cabaret Festival, and even joined Kansas Smitty’s for Mardi Gras celebrations. Internationally, Emma is a popular concert performer throughout the Baltics and is also a sought-after act aboard music cruise ships around the world.
