Following their sold-out standing ovation at Camelot Lounge in April, CHUTNEY is rejoined by Sarit for a steamy night of neuve klezmer and sultry jazz.
Drawing on their Eastern European and Middle Eastern heritage, CHUTNEY presents a hot and spicy mix of original compositions and modern twists on traditional melodies. Comprising Ben Adler (violin), Paul Khodor (keyboard), Ben Samuels (clarinet), Yiss Mill (percussion) and Ralph Marshall (bass), the band’s onstage chemistry is electric as they playfully traverse jazz to tango, folk to rock, classical to funk, east to west.
Sarit is a Sydney-based singer/songwriter inspired by jazz, funk, and soul with a voice to melt stone.
