As one of the more exciting guitar players in the Sydney scene, Simon Shaw will be taking the stage at Foundry616 to deliver an outstanding evening of Blues, Jazz, funk-rock, and Soul. Taking us on a musical journey, Simon will be playing the music of one of the greatest guitar players to walk the earth, the godfather of the electric guitar Mr “Jimi Hendrix”!

plays through classics such as Voodoo Child, Purple Haze, Hey Joe, Foxy Lady, Red House, and many more.
As an international recording artist Simon has toured the US, Canada, The UK, Europe, The Middle East, and Australia playing in Productions, Bands, Clubs, and Festivals, and has been fortunate to have played at most of the leading music venues in Sydney, including The Lazy Bones, The Hard Rock Cafe, Street Market, Frankie’s Pizza, El Rocco, The Mosh Pit, Butchers Brew Bar, The Basement and many more.
To date, Simon has released several solo albums with much success and is currently in the studio working on his next album to be released later this year.
