Pianist / keyboard player / composer Herbie Hancock achieved fame in the Jazz World as the pianist in Miles Davis’ celebrated Quintet of the 1960s. Herbie was one of the first musicians to fuse rock rhythms with jazz and champion electronic music. Herbie won the Oscar for his Score for the film ‘Round Midnight’ and has performed and recorded with everyone from Joni Mitchell, Pat Metheny and Stevie Wonder to Seal, Sting, Pink and John Legend. Herbie is an inspirational performer, music educator and mentor to musicians throughout the world.
Harry Connick Jr hails from the birth place of Jazz, New Orleans. Harry shot to fame for his singing and piano playing on the soundtrack of the film ‘When Harry Met Sally’ directed by Rob Reiner. Harry has many facets to his creativity: as an amazing jazz pianist, songwriter, singer, composer of musicals, actor in Hollywood Film and the leader of his own all-star Big Band.
